The poster has been archivally mounted on linen, so the fold lines have come out. It is in excellent condition. Poster features a bald eagle perched on a stack of war bonds with his wings spread. The background is three stripes; one blue, one white, and one red. There are stars floating throughout the background and spotlights turned towards the eagle.
