Printed in 1940 by Elliott Service, New York City, this lithographic poster reflects the tradition of early industrial motivation and workplace productivity posters, similar in spirit to the well‑known Mather Work Incentive posters of the 1920s and 1930s.
The poster has been professionally linen‑backed using conservation mounting and is in very good condition. A small tear at the bottom was stabilized during the linen‑backing process and is no longer visible when framed.
This example appears to be extremely scarce, and it is the only documented copy we have located.
