MANHATTAN MERRY-GO-ROUND (1937) original U.S. one-sheet movie poster, linen backed and ready to frame. This vintage theatrical poster marks Joe DiMaggio’s only movie appearance, starring Jackie Gleason, Gene Autry, Leo Carrillo, Louie Prima, and Cab Calloway (and introducing singing western star Gene Autry).
Issued by the studio as a genuine 27″ x 41″ U.S. one-sheet for theatrical display, this is an original lithograph vintage poster—not a reproduction or reprint. The poster is presented in very fine condition, with acid-free archival linen backing to help protect the original artwork. Like most period posters, it was originally issued folded, and any restored fold marks are almost not detectible—folds are not considered defects.
