The artwork depicts a Boy Scout handing a sword inscribed “Be prepared” to a stylized warrior carrying a shield with an eagle design. The warrior is draped in a robe that symbolizes the U.S. Flag, delivering a vivid patriotic message in the classic early 20th-century American illustration style.
